Many times this result is achieved at the sacrifice of installers at a very low price to keep the total price to you low. Mouse Trap - All flooring companies can find ways to buy the same product from the manufacturers at a reasonable price. So the cost of the product is within a few cents from one company to another. No company has cornered the market on price. Let's face it, a 24-oz. continuous filament carpet with stain guard is pretty much the standard throughout our industry. There are only so many ways to reinvent the mouse trap! Dedicated Stock - We promise to have stock on hand specifically for your complex or we will provide equal or better quality products for net day service. We are bilingual. Type "A" vs. Type "B" - you know the difference: Type "B" - "Apartment Installer's Mentality" - just slam, bam and get out of here - "it's just an apartment" attitude. Type "A" - At Media Floors, all of our mechanics are skilled in providing service for furnished residential communities. We are skilled in dealing with people on the job sites.
